Terms of play

Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play, and old enough to hold digital assets where you live to use wallets, the Forge, deposits or withdrawals. One person, one account: extra accounts made to farm rewards or manipulate the ladder will be removed along with what they earned.

Your account

Your account is yours to look after. Keep your email and wallet secure; anything done from your account or a wallet you bound to it counts as done by you. We may suspend or close an account that cheats, exploits a bug, harasses other players, or breaks these terms, and we may void the results and rewards that came from it.

The game

Nomgar Clash is free to play. It is in active development: units, balance, modes, rewards and the roster change, sometimes without notice, and a match you played yesterday may play differently today. We do not promise that any feature stays as it is.

Gold, Gems, chests and skins

Gold, Gems, chests, skins and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred except where the game itself allows it. Gems bought with a deposit are credited at the rate published at the time and are not refundable. We may change prices, drop rates and what is on sale at any time; published odds apply to the moment you open or roll.

Nomgars and the Forge

A Nomgar is a token on the Ronin blockchain. Once it is in a wallet you control, it is yours in the way any token is: we cannot take it back, and we cannot recover it if you lose access to the wallet. The game reads the chain to decide what you own.

Forging is permanent. Burning a RagMon or a partner collection token in the Forge destroys it. Your Nomgar is minted afterward in a separate transaction; a confirmed burn does not mean the mint has finished. There is no undo, no reversal and no refund of the fee. Read the confirmation, check the token you selected, and only sign if you mean it. Transactions on the Saigon test network involve no real value.

You pay network gas for transactions you sign yourself. Where the platform sponsors gas for actions it performs on your behalf, it may cap how often it does so per day.

Nothing on this site is financial advice. Nomgars, RagMon and any other token are game pieces, not investments, and we make no statement about their value.

The ladder and prizes

Ladder standings are computed by us from match results and may be adjusted or reset, for example at the start of a season or after cheating is found. Prize pools, tiers and eligibility for a season are published when that season’s prizes go live; until then climbing is practice and no prize is owed.

Fair play

• No bots, scripts, automation or modified clients.
• No exploiting bugs. Report them instead.
• No colluding, win-trading, or shuffling tokens between accounts to farm rewards.
• No interfering with other players’ matches or with the service.

Content and ownership

The game, its art, names, code and this site belong to Nomgar Clash or its licensors. You may take screenshots and video of your play and share them. You may not copy the art, the models or the client for anything else without permission.

No warranty, limited liability

The game and the site are provided as they are. We do not guarantee they will be available, bug-free or uninterrupted, or that on-chain transactions will confirm. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost tokens, lost virtual items, failed transactions, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the service.

Ending things

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end or suspend the service, or your access to it, if you break these terms. Tokens in your own wallet are unaffected by either.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top moves. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
