Use the same account everywhere#

Your game and website should use the same Nomgar login. Use LOGIN on the website and the same email/login method you use in the game. A first login can create an account, so check your profile and collection before spending or burning.

Account settings manages your profile and connected wallets. A linked wallet proves access to assets in that wallet; connecting one should not be treated as permission to combine two unrelated accounts' balances or progress.

If an email is already linked, use that login method. If the interface asks you to reauthenticate, finish that sign-in rather than creating a second account. A wallet-only account can use Add email login when offered.

Game wallet and connected wallets#

The game/account wallet is the receiving destination used by supported purchase and Forge flows. A connected external wallet can hold NFTs you use as a source or as part of your collection. Wallet controls and signing behavior depend on the type of wallet.

To add an external wallet:

1. Open Account → connected wallets.
2. Choose the add/connect wallet action.
3. Select the wallet you actually control and complete its requested ownership signature.
4. Return to My Nomgars or Forge and refresh the wallet list.

The current configuration supports up to 8 bound wallets per account and does not expose general wallet unbinding as enabled. Do not assume that switching the wallet in a browser extension switches the signed-in Nomgar account.

For NFT upgrades, target and materials must be in the same holding wallet. For Forge, review the source wallet and receiving address separately. Tokens transferred between accounts can have a 24-hour direct match Gold eligibility cooldown; gameplay use is available once ownership is confirmed.

Gold and Gems#

Gold is the Nomgar account currency used for card/spell upgrades, Gold summons, and eligible shop offers. Earn it through the starter grant, applicable introduction rewards, quests, chests, and eligible verified match payouts.

Gems are the shared platform balance used by Nomgar's supported purchases. The base purchase rate is 100 Gems per US dollar of credited payment value. The checkout shows the exact payment, estimated Gems, and any applicable promotion before you confirm.

Gems and Gold are not Soul Energy. A price displayed in Gems does not include an unrelated blockchain network fee unless the checkout explicitly says that fee is sponsored.

Topping up Gems#

1. Log in and choose TOP UP or open the Gem store.
2. Confirm the account receiving the Gems.
3. Choose the available payment wallet, network, and token.
4. Enter the amount and read the quote, bonus if any, network fee, and resulting Gem amount.
5. Complete the requested approval/payment in your wallet.
6. Wait for confirmation and the Gem balance/history to update.

Use the payment routes offered by the checkout. Sending tokens manually to an address copied from another network or guide is not the supported top-up procedure.

Networks published for the game-wallet top-up route#

The live configuration listed the following options. The external-wallet checkout can show a different subset; the currently offered route determines what can be paid from that wallet.

These are configuration settings, not a promise that every payment will be available or that every external-wallet transaction has free gas. Native-token and SCHIFFY quotes depend on current prices. Use the actual review to confirm any promotional Gem bonus; promotions can change independently of this guide.

SCHIFFY the payment token and Schiffy the playable Nomgar are different things. Buying Gems with a token does not automatically grant its similarly named card.

Pending payments and history#

A blockchain transaction can confirm before the shared Gem balance finishes crediting. Check payment history and the existing transaction hash before paying again.

Keep the same account selected while a payment is pending. If the connection times out, return to the existing payment/recovery state. A new payment is another purchase, not a guaranteed repair for the first one.

For support, provide the payment network, token, amount, transaction hash, receiving account, and approximate time. Never provide a recovery phrase, private key, or one-time login code.

Moving assets#

Use the transfer/withdraw action actually offered for the wallet or asset, and review the chain, token, amount or NFT ID, destination, and network fee. A gameplay deck edit does not transfer an NFT.

The API publishes a 10-per-UTC-day withdrawal limit for its supported withdrawal flow; this is not a universal restriction on transactions made independently from an external self-controlled wallet. Availability of a transfer/export action depends on the wallet type and supported interface. Do not assume in-game cards, Gold, and NFT tokens all share the same withdrawal capability.
