Do I need NFTs or Gems to play?#

No. The starter collection and two spells let you begin playing. NFTs matter for ownership/transfer, NFT upgrades, and direct match Gold eligibility. See free-play rewards.

Why did I win but receive no direct Gold?#

Check whether the server has settled the result, the mode is eligible, every non-spell deck species is backed by an eligible NFT, all relevant cooldowns have cleared, and daily Gold capacity remains. Direct match Gold explains the rules. You may still receive a win chest if a slot is free.

Why did I get no chest?#

A chest requires a qualifying verified win and a free slot. Training is not a ranked reward source. Check the four-slot tray and wait for result settlement.

Why did my chest give only Gold?#

Normal and Magic chests have a chance to contain a Nomgar; they do not guarantee one. Rare and Epic chests have guaranteed card slots. See contents and odds.

Does rushing, tapping harder, or skipping affect chest loot?#

No. Rushing removes the remaining timer. The animation presents the server's result; it does not roll a better reward based on input timing.

Why did I get no XP from a matchmaking win?#

Once the matchmaking XP server update is live, a verified matchmaking-bot battle awards 60 XP for a win, 20 for a loss, or 35 for a trusted draw, including with a free deck. Wait for the result to settle, then refresh your account progress. Training, Practice, friendly games, and unverified results do not qualify. Before the update, bot battles award no account XP; earlier zero-XP results are not credited retroactively. Matchmaking bots still do not award League MMR or a PvP ranked win. Why did my League rating drop while I was away?#

League Elo decays after two complete days without a rated ranked PvP result. The first 20-point drop happens after three complete days, and the current rating appears on your profile and the ladder even before another match. See the full Elo decay rules.

Why is a new NFT not eligible yet?#

Check the account, linked holding wallet, ownership refresh, and mint delivery state. Once ownership is confirmed, a purchased or transferred NFT can be used in a lineup immediately at its owned level. Moving it between accounts can impose a 24-hour wait for direct match Gold eligibility, not gameplay. Pending delivery is not confirmed ownership.

Can I combine my free cards with NFTs?#

Not as upgrade materials. In-game upgrades use permanent in-game copies; NFT upgrades use same-species NFT materials in the same holding wallet. Both use the displayed review and Gold fee.

Why is an upgrade disabled when I have several copies?#

The required material value doubles each level. Check the target level, exact material value, Gold balance, same-species requirement, holding wallet, and whether copies are already committed to a pending upgrade. In-game copies and NFTs are separate pools.

Why did leveling my account not upgrade my spells?#

Account level unlocks the next spell level. Each spell still needs its own Gold purchase from its detail panel. Spell cost table.

Can I deploy past the middle after destroying a Guardian?#

No. A Guardian's destruction opens that lane's Nexus targeting for units. Your deployment area remains your own half.

Why is my unit ignoring a flyer?#

Its targeting may be ground-only. Movement type and target type are different. Check the roster for ground-and-air coverage.

Why did Hantao hit a Guardian rather than the Nexus?#

Hantao targets the living enemy Guardian with the lowest current HP. It targets the Nexus only after both Guardians are gone. Opening one lane for troops does not change Hantao's target priority.

Can spells damage a protected Nexus?#

Yes, in the current simulation. Guardian protection gates ordinary unit targeting; aimed damage spells resolve separately. Guardian rules.

Does Schiffy give account Gold?#

No. His battlefield gold bars convert into Soul Energy during that match. They do not credit the Gold or Gem balance on your account.

I approved my NFT. Why has nothing been forged?#

Approval grants permission. You must still review and confirm the burn. After it confirms, minting is a separate delivery step. Forge stages.

My burn confirmed. Should I try another burn because the Nomgar is missing?#

First inspect the existing Mint delivery entry, receiving address, and transaction hash. A confirmed burn is irreversible and a second burn consumes another NFT. Forge recovery.

My Gems are reserved after I cancelled. Are they gone?#

An unused Forge authorization can be retried for the same selection while valid. Otherwise, its unused Gems return after approximately ten minutes plus confirmation/reconciliation time. A countdown expiring does not prove the refund has already been processed.

My NFTs are missing from the Forge grid.#

Check the chosen wallet, collection, filters, and loaded-page count. Try an exact token ID or load more inventory. A provider error means inventory is unavailable; it does not prove the wallet is empty. Only supported, eligible source tokens can be burned.

Does a skin make my Nomgar stronger?#

No. Skins change appearance only and do not grant the underlying species. Skin rules.

I used a different email and my progress is gone.#

Check whether you created or signed into a different account. Return to the original login method before making another purchase or burn. Connecting the same-looking wallet is not an automatic account merge.

What should I record for a support request?#

For gameplay, record the account/profile identifier, match time, mode, displayed result, missing reward, and any match ID shown. For payments or Forge, include the network, transaction hash, source token IDs, source wallet, receiving address, timestamp, and visible status. Describe whether the step was selected, approved, submitted, confirmed, or delivered. Never send secret credentials.
